The Polished process begins with a few simple questions. Your Stylist will send over an online questionnaire to gain a better understanding of your lifestyle, body, and budget, in order to offer you insightful, personalized assistance.

On the day of your Polished shopping trip, be sure to wear comfortable, quick-change clothing and shoes that slip on and off easily. If you're shopping for a variety of looks or a special occasion, consider bringing a pair of dress shoes and anything else you'd like to coordinate with from your existing wardrobe.
